The History of Rock Star Games
Rockstar North ltd. Is a British video game developer which is
based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Rockstar Games are best known for their Grand
Theft Auto, Red Dead, Midnight Club, Max Payne, The Warriors, Bully, and Manhunt
games.
The Rockstar Games label was
founded in December 1998 by the British video game producers Terry Donovan, Sam
Houser, Dan Houser, Jamie King and Gary Foreman. Donovan left the company in
January 2007, following a four-month leave of absence. He was replaced by former Capcom managing
director, Gary Dale.
The main headquarters of
Rockstar Games is located on Broadway in the neighborhood of New York City. It
is home to the marketing, product development and public relations department.
From February 2014, Rockstar games titles have shipped more than 250 million
copies, the largest franchise being the grand Theft Auto series. The GTA series
alone has shipments of at least 220 million as of September 2015.
In March 2014, Rockstar Games
received the BAFTA Academy Fellowship Award at the British Academy Video Games
Awards.

are responsible for the ownership of this product.
The latest
development of the Xbox resulted in the creation of the Xbox 360. The
Xbox 360 is a gaming console which was originally unveiled in 2005 and competes
directly with the Nintendo Wii and the Sony PlayStation 3 as part of the
seventh generation of gaming consoles.

manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software, consumer
electronics and personal computers and services.
The Xbox is a
video gaming system which is owned and designed by Microsoft. There have
currently been three consoles released in the sixth, seventh and eighth
generations respectively.
The Xbox 360 is a
later development of the Xbox, also being owned and designed by Microsoft. As a
successor to the original Xbox, it is the second console in the series. The
Xbox 360 is viewed to have the most competition with other gaming consoles.

The Play Station 2
is a home video game console that was developed by Sony Interactive
Entertainment.
It is the
successor to the PlayStation, and is the second instalment in the series.
The PlayStation 4
is also a home video games console which was developed by Sony Interactive
Entertainment. It was announced as the successor to the PlayStation 3 during a
press conference in February 2013.

net worth. Other products designed and owned by Nintendo include the Nintendo
3DS and the Wii Fit.
The Wii U is the
first game console which was designed by Nintendo to support HD graphics. The
system’s primary controller is the Wii U Game Pad, which features an embedded
touchscreen, and combines directional buttons, analogue sticks, and action
buttons.
